• Program packages: Refundable within 14 days of enrollment
• Digital materials: Refundable within 7 days if unused
• Free templates and resources: Non-refundable (no charge)

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable:

• Consultation sessions after 7 days of completion
• Completed coaching sessions
• Custom-designed personal programs after first week
• Services already rendered and not disputed

4. Cancellations

You may cancel a scheduled consultation up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% fee.

5. Return of Materials

Refunds for digital materials require confirmation that files have not been retained or shared. Physical materials (if applicable) must be returned within 30 days.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times by financial institution may vary.

7. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding charges or services:

2. We will investigate and attempt to resolve the issue
